40 young women and men representing mainstream political groups (especially Fateh) are enrolled in a training seminar fro the duration of one year. The main component of the training is designed and implemented by AWRAD's President, Dr. Said, and other staff. The focus of the training is on empowering young political leaders to design and implement policy and applied research and analyze available data to develop their own political parties and reform structures. The AWRAD team has prepared a training manual in conjunction with the training.
