Ms. Kirsty Wright: Senior Research and Development Specialist

Ms. Wright has 40 years of experience in development policy and strategy design in fragile and post-conflict contexts across the Middle East. She possesses expertise in program and project monitoring and evaluation and project and program management through grants and multi-lateral funding in the sectors of governance, humanitarian assistance, health and agricultural. Further, Ms. Wright has 10 years of senior management program and operational experience with large and complex USAID-funded programs, managed by Tetra tech ARD, in Palestine and Iraq and has led rapid response grant-making and contractual performance teams. Ms. Wright possesses deep knowledge of Palestinian socioeconomic conditions and the cultural context. Her evaluation and performance management work is multi-sectoral, spanning multi-lateral UN agencies, the EU and governmental and non-governmental institutions. She is both a lead evaluator and technical expert for development programs and evaluation proposal design
